fotography.ae handles date changes and cancellations with a straightforward policy. Rescheduling to a new date — subject to availability — is accommodated free of charge with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit the deposit, depending on whether replacement bookings can be secured.
