Every package includes a pre-shoot brief, a professional crew (lead videographer plus equipment), cinematic post-production (colour grade + audio mix), licensed music, and delivery of the agreed deliverables. Additional crew members, drone filming, same-day edits, and vertical social cuts are available as add-ons.

Yes. Our same-day edit service is available for conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, and product launches. A live edit team is briefed ahead of the event and begins cutting during the event itself. Delivery is typically 2–4 hours after your event closes. Resolution options: 1080p for immediate distribution, 4K on request. This service is particularly used by PR agencies, news media, and conference organisers who need footage for same-evening social or press release

It depends on the venue and location. Outdoor venues in uncontrolled airspace — such as desert locations, open parks, and private grounds — can typically be filmed with a DCAA permit, which we arrange. Indoor venues and locations near Dubai International Airport, DIFC, or central Dubai require specific clearance. Atlantis and other Palm Jumeirah venues have their own filming permissions. We advise on this during the brief — you never need to research it yourself.

 Yes. We cover Abu Dhabi regularly, and we film across the GCC, including corporate events and conferences in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (see below). The UAE Northern Emirates — Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah — are also covered with no additional travel charges within a standard radius.

 We shoot on cinema-grade cameras with professional audio, LED lighting rigs for low-light conditions (gala dinners, evening events), and stabilised gimbal systems for smooth movement in crowded event spaces. Full equipment list available on request.

Yes — we offer an all-female crew option. This is available for government events, healthcare conferences, school and university occasions, Ramadan iftar events, and any client where an all-female production team is preferred. Request this at booking — advance notice required to confirm availability.

All raw footage is stored across multiple drives on shoot day. Cloud backup occurs within 24 hours. Raw footage is retained for 30 days following your delivery date. We do not share client footage or use it for promotional purposes without explicit written permission.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking date, with the balance due on delivery of final files. We accept bank transfer (AED), credit card, and cheque for corporate clients with PO requirements
